How we collect information about you

Information you provide — When you sign up for an account or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (including your name, postal address, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and account password).

We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as identity verification services.
When you access our website, we, or the companies we hire to track how our website is used, may place small data files called cookies on your computer.We send a session cookie to your computer when you log in to your account. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you, if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so we don’t need to ask you for your password on each page.
Once you log out or close your browser, this cookie expires and no longer has any effect.

Statement on transaction security
Our system ensures that your login information is encrypted. We also securely log all data; in the event of password loss or attack by malicious programs, we can restore the data.
Moreover, when you pay for ISIF courses by credit or debit card via our partners (Payovation, Voice Pay etc.), we do not collect any data associated with your card. Your username and password
You are responsible for maintaining one of the most important security measures: your login information. When you login to the Provider’s system online, you will be required to enter your login information, which will consist of your username and Password. Because your login information is used to access your accounts, you should treat it as you would any other sensitive personal data. Keep your login information safe, memorize it, and never tell it to anyone. Make sure no one watches you enter your login information, and always logout before leaving the computer. Make sure you regularly scan your computer for viruses that could be used to capture password keystrokes. You are ultimately responsible for your username and password.

In order to receive a refund, the customer must make a written request to do so within ninety (90) business days after payment, but at no point later than ninety (90) working days after termination of services. The customer must make a written cancellation request to the company in order to receive a refund of money, by post or by email. The date on which the request for canceling registration was sent will be determined by the postmark.
The refund amount will be executed in full. Upon request and receipt of a refund, the User will automatically lose all access to the User’s personal page on the Provider’s web-site.
